Other platforms may be considered depending on the project.
Do I need to buy my domain first?
No.
You can already have a domain, or I can help explain how to purchase one and connect it to your website.
Domain and platform subscription costs are not included in the website package price.
Is the Shopify subscription included?
No.
You will pay Shopify directly for your chosen plan.
The website-build price covers the work involved in designing and setting up your website.
Do you provide the images?
You should provide your own product photos, business photos and logo where possible.
Stock images or specially created website graphics can be discussed if needed and may involve an additional cost.
Will you write the website content?
Basic headings and short supporting text may be included where agreed.
Full website copywriting is available as a separate add-on.
Can you add more than 30 products?
Yes.
Additional product uploads can be quoted separately based on the number of products and the condition of the information provided.
Can you move products from another website?
Yes, depending on the platform and the quality of the existing product data.
This may involve CSV exports, imports, image checks and data clean-up, so it will be quoted separately.
Will my website work on mobile?
Yes.
The website will be checked and adjusted for mobile use as part of the build.
Will my website appear on Google?
Basic SEO and Search Console setup can help Google discover and understand the website.
No legitimate website builder can promise immediate rankings or a specific position in search results.
Can you redesign my existing Shopify store?
Yes.
You do not always need a completely new store.
